Welcome to the online entry website for the 2024 Pickaway County Fair!
 ** PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE MAKING ENTRIES**
 
If you're a parent registering for a family of multiple exhibitors, please select the "Quick Group" sign-up option.  
 
 
If you are a club adviser, click "sign in" in the top right corner. On the drop-down menu, select club. Find your club name and insert the password that was emailed to you.
 
A family animal can be tagged in for members of a family to have as an alternative animal. If you family has a "family animal", please enter it under the oldest child's name. Include the other exhibitors within the family in the description field.
 
Please review your entries before completing registration as you cannot log back in and update your entries.
 
Each exhibitor can only bring a total of 10 animals animals to the fair, only 5 market animals are allowed per exhibitor.
 
*Showmanship Reminder*
There is a separate "Showmanship" department for ALL showmanship entries to be made through. Within this department, sign up for any and all species of showmanship you wish to register for.
Showmanship classes are by exhibitor's age, as of Jan. 1. NOT by years in project.
- Junior (Age 8 AND 3rd grade - 10 years)
- Intermediate (11-13 years)
- Senior (14-18 years)
 ….exception is if you won your class last year, you advance to the next age group for that specie this year. In addition, an advanced showmanship class will be offered for most species. This class is for current and past class winners. Sign up for Advanced Showmanship will take place on show day.
*County Bred, Born AND Raised Classes*
All county bred,  born and raised animals must be bred, born AND raised in Pickaway County. This MUST be declared when you entries are made.
 
*Rabbits*
If you are take 2 market rabbits, you must submit 2 entries - one per rabbit.  
 
*REMINDER* All fair market, breeding and showmanship livestock entries take place through the Sale Committee's online registration website. The site will be open April 15-May 15. Following May 15, 4-H club and FFA advisors will receive a list for review and corrections. Any late entries made between June 1 and the first Saturday of fair will include a $25 late fee per entry, except showmanship. Absolutely no entries will be accepted after the first Saturday of the fair.

ALL junior fair checks will be mailed for the 2024 fair. Please be sure to enter the address where you would like the check mailed to when creating your account. If your address needs changed for your check, please email the Sale Committee by Aug. 1.
